Figuring out 'my why'

Why is it you do what you do? What are you passionate about? What motivates and inspires you? Simple yet extremely powerful questions I’ve been thinking about this last week.

It’s so easy to wake up and go through the motions of our day-to-day because that’s what we’ve always done. Before you know it you’ve been pulled so far in a certain direction you forget why you started in the first place.

It's a feeling I've really struggled with over the last few months. Those days that just seem to merge into one where you feel lost, flat and directionless. So, here I go, my stab at answering the 3 questions!

MY WHY * I love helping people cultivate a strong, mobile, healthy body they listen to, nourish and respect * I am passionate about breath awareness and mindful, whole body movement * I am inspired by kindness, positivity, creativity, open minds and warm hearts
