Life can be full-on. We make so many choices everyday on how to spend our time and energy, but how often do we choose ourselves? Putting yourself first doesn’t always come easy, but taking time to cultivate a strong, mobile, healthy body does wonders for both yourself and those around you.
So where to start?
My name is Sam and I'm a big fan of helping people make time for themselves. To move more, think less and encourage mind and body awareness. An international instructor previously based in Hong Kong, I am trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Prenatal Yoga along with mat-based Pilates. I currently offer group, corporate and private classes in and around the Windsor area of Berkshire.
I believe Yoga and Pilates is for everybody: male or female, young or old, if you're a complete beginner and looking for guidance, or have experience and looking to be challenged. Whether you're after a dynamic, powerful flow class to energise and strengthen, or a slow, soft class to gently open up and release. Whatever your experience level or motivation I would love to have you join me for a class!
